The Position
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role of Director Operational Services provides leadership and strategic thinking to deliver quality operational services that respond effectively to the organisation’s current and future needs.
With a significant track record in driving operational performance that has resulted in both productivity and continuous improvement, the successful candidate will foster a strong culture of responsive customer service and building an agile workforce. Success in the role requires a high level of collaboration, customer centricity, commercial acumen and accountability. This role is key to the organisation’s lasting stewardship community mandate. Values driven people leadership is a must, coupled with a genuine commitment to serving the community and key stakeholders.
Relevant tertiary qualifications are expected and a combination of broad operational skills and experience that match the executive requirements of this position.
