The Position
This role leads the full spectrum of HR operations for DELWP, including system administration, HR services, payroll and recruitment. Reporting to the Executive Director, People and Culture, this position will lead with clear direction and values alignment.
Key is the ability to drive a positive culture and build a high performing team with robust new processes and ways of working, ensuring a cohesive customer centric service environment. We are seeking candidates with the ability to formulate and communicate strategy, plans and budgets, drive their implementation, allocate resources, devise systems and coach those who deliver. The successful candidate will be capable in assessing customer needs, driving improved customer service opportunities and fostering a culture of service excellence.
This significant role requires a career in HR or relevant business management roles and experience in a large matrix organisation. The ideal candidate will require sound appreciation of governance and risk management frameworks and their application to HR technology and systems. We are seeking a proven senior manager and top-level communicator with integrity, vision, diverse experience and a pragmatic approach. A relevant tertiary qualification is highly regarded, with high level influencing and team building skills.
