The Position
Anglicare Victoria is currently seeking to appoint an experienced, innovative, senior leader to continue to enhance and shape the organisation as it makes a difference to children, young people and families across Victoria.
Reporting to the CEO and as a member of the Senior Management Team, the incumbent will actively contribute to strategic planning, leading key continuous improvement initiatives, communicating shared learnings, aligning research and promoting best practice in delivering great outcomes with respect to clients, employees and stakeholders.
Ensuring a systematic approach to monitoring, evaluating, learning from and reporting on the quality of services, the role will lead accreditation as well drive a strong focus on capturing data and using it to evolve our services and provide the capability to promote our outcomes with our clients. The position will be a strategic, transformational and operational improvement leader for client delivery and contribute across the organisation.
The successful candidate will have proven experience leading quality and change in complex environments. There will be a requirement for exemplary leadership and stakeholder relationship management skills to ensure success in this position. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Quality/Compliance, Psychology, Sociology or equivalent are mandatory. Post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
