The PositionÂ
The Director, Stakeholders and Advocacy will position the organisation as a leader and expert in inclusive employment and social procurement. The role involves integrating stakeholder engagement, advocacy, marketing, communications, research, and evaluation to develop key relationships and influential partnerships. The role will ensure Jobsbank is known for its expertise in inclusive employment and social procurement across all levels of government, key industry bodies and advocacy groups whilst staying connected to policy development and emerging commercial opportunities.
We are seeking an experienced stakeholder and advocacy professional who understands effective relationships with government and key bodies and is able to capitalise on current and emerging opportunities that contribute to the organisation’s commercial sustainability and credibility. You will be an effective ‘voice’ for the organisation known for meaningful collaboration and networking.
Your capabilities will include superior communication and interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, policy nous and values driven leadership. You will come with a record of success in your field with tangible results and an outcomes focus.
Relevant tertiary qualifications ideally in marketing, business, or other commercial disciplines are advantageous.
