Exec General Manager – Partnership
Lead RACS into the Future
The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS), formed in 1927, is a non-profit organisation leading surgical performance, professionalism and improving patient care in Australia and New Zealand. With the appointment of a new CEO in October 2017, RACS has committed to create a modern, relevant and forward looking organisation. We’ve created a new executive leadership team, who will lead the College through a positive transformation to meet the future education needs and learning outcomes of its Fellows, Trainees and International Medical Graduates.
This influential executive role will lead, develop and strengthen partnerships within the surgical community including working with the Speciality Societies, to identify and address their unique and collective priorities. The position will continue the important work delivered by the Foundation of Surgery, providing future direction of our International Development and Scholarships programs. The role will recognise and influence the importance of excellent communications and advocacy, events management and marketing while proactively engaging stakeholders and the public to ensure safe and respectful surgical care through standards and education.
