Key management role supporting four operational locations, managing Site Managers and support staff.


The Position

The Executive Administration Manager (EAM) will lead the administrative operations team across four sites to ensure that Eye Surgery Associates (ESA) consistently delivers a high standard of services. Supporting all stakeholders across the practices, including doctors and patients. Reporting to the CEO, the EAM will establish and build on current processes and systems and continue to play an active role in future planning. Ensure smooth operations and continuous improved customer service excellence.

  • Experience leading within operations, the successful candidate will inspire a positive culture
  • Continue to develop and build a team environment where collaboration delivers successful outcomes for all stakeholders
  • Values driven influential leadership along with a ‘hands on approach’ to ensure service delivery outcomes
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives and streamlining procedures is highly desirable


Previous experience managing a team and your ability to embed yourself as a trusted people advisor, providing expert advice and insights as well as leading operations. Managing organisational development initiatives and enhancing the customer experience will be critical to your success.

The Specialists at ESA are supported by a team of over 90 staff, who work in various roles including: Orthoptics/Clinical Services, Administration, Management,
