The Position
This Executive Advisor will work closely with the Chief Executive, Chief Medical Officer and the Chief Operating Officer and will provide trusted advice, support and respond to a range of complex and sensitive issues in a fast-moving and high growth environment.
Located within the CEO’s Office, the Executive Advisor will provide project and administrative advice and support and is accountable for the preparation and processing of quality briefs, reports, speeches, presentations, the management of VIP’s and VIP correspondence and other correspondence on a range of topics. Acting as a connector and conduit between key stakeholders, VIPs, major donors and board members, the successful candidate will coordinate and administer a number of events, projects, technical and/or highly sensitive activities, including research and analysis, and will drive special business projects.
The successful candidate will be a visible operator who is politically astute and a pragmatic thinker.  The appointee will possess exceptional written and oral communication skills with a high level of computer literacy.  They will contribute to a positive workgroup culture and professional presentation of the Corporate Office.  Tertiary qualifications are mandatory and an understanding of the government and/or health sector would be highly regarded.
