The Position
PTV seeks to appoint a high impact executive to proactively lead a range of multi-channel customer services that deliver a simple, consistent and accessible experience so that everyone can confidently use the public transport network in Victoria.
Reporting to the CEO, this is an exciting leadership position with an organisation that is driving substantial change to transform customer service. The successful candidate will lead five customer experience teams that work to improve service quality, strengthen key stakeholder relationships and deliver outcomes efficiently through effective systems and processes, This high-profile public facing position supports key stakeholders, including senior government stakeholders and the PTV Executive Leadership Team.
To deliver successfully you will have a track record in continuous improvement in customer service, be well versed in the digital and data landscape, having acted as a champion for the customer and have had private and/or public sector experience. Your leadership approach will be one of culture of collaboration, inclusion and high visibility.
Relevant tertiary qualifications are expected preferably in a communication, stakeholder relations or commercial related discipline.
