The Position
The University of Southern Queensland seeks to appoint an outstanding executive with significant business development experience and commercial acumen to the role of Executive Director (International Education, Markets & Growth).
Charged with reenergising the university’s growth and development agenda, the Executive Director will lead the creation of new international business initiatives at the University championing the strategic priority of sustained international growth across all USQ international channels.
Executive Director will identify and foster key international partnerships and establish robust business relationships across the sector and with industry. Ensuring that USQ International contributes to the strategic outcomes of the University, the Executive Director will also focus on providing positive leadership and management of staff within the international office and establish and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
With extensive experience in international business development and a demonstrated entrepreneurial ability to identify and generate opportunities which support growth, the new Executive Director will have an exceptional understanding of current commercial advancement strategies and a capacity to create influential relationships across education, government and industry.
