The Position

The Executive Manager Community Health, is a key executive management role and will contribute as part of the executive team, providing services and support to all areas of Rural Northwest Health demonstrating innovation and braveness in every element of the business.

Key responsibilities will be ensuring that safe high-quality services are delivered to the community as close to home as possible and that team members are engaged and striving to achieve this aim.

The Executive Manager Community Health will empower and support team members to undertake their roles and responsibilities effectively and efficiently. This will ensure that services delivered across the radiology and community health services are of a high standard, compliant, safe and that risks and opportunities for improvement are identified and prioritised, with projects implemented to agreed timelines.

This full-time leadership position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and leads a committed and capable team of approximately 30, predominately across allied health. As part of the relatively new leadership team, there is strong commitment to supporting individual development and growth.

The ideal candidate will bring demonstrated leadership experience across a community healthcare setting and a well-developed understanding of health service funding and performance requirements. The ability to contribute to planning and ways of working at a strategic level will be key to success.
