The Position
The Executive Manager Revenue & Brigade Finances is a key member of the Finance Directorate management team and has direct impact and influence on organisational objectives. It provides leadership to enable CFA to achieve desirable financial and brand outcomes with regards to donations and fund-raising.
The role is responsible for the effective development of strategies and programs involving own source revenue; and supporting brigades and groups to achieve effective financial planning, management, and compliance. There is also accountability for commercial business outcomes.
To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience and achievement at a senior level in the leadership of a financial function. You will bring best practice financial management and compliance practice from public sector organisations and understand donation and fundraising principles and opportunities to create genuine business benefit.
As a leader you will be consultative and collaborative, embrace change management and bring the highest levels of integrity. Tertiary and/or post graduate qualifications in a relevant finance or business-related discipline, or commensurate experience in a range of senior responsible financial positions is expected.
This is a three-year fixed term position.
