South West TAFE seek an accomplished and contemporary executive to lead the student lifecycle from student recruitment and school engagement to enrolment and on-boarding.  With a key focus on collaboration with industry, this role ensures that the Institute aligns with the current and emerging employment needs of the region, delivering quality and innovative education.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer and as part of the organisation’s executive team, the Executive Manager plays a key role in the development of the Institute’s public profile in alignment with the strategic direction of government, board and community expectations.
With a demonstrated capacity to lead and implement change across a large and complex educational organisation, the successful candidate will bring experience in working autonomously and providing strategic advice and expertise on issues relating to all areas of commercial activity, including industry, educational partnerships and community engagement.  The ability to engage, consult and collaborate widely with government, industry, education and business partners will be key to success.
A relevant degree and/or extensive leadership experience is expected.  Primarily based at the Warrnambool campus, this position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.
