The Position
Following an extensive performance and operational review, Hallam Senior Secondary College (Hallam SSC) is seeking to appoint a highly qualified and outstanding individual to the position of Executive Principal. Hallam SSC is committed to providing excellent education to Years 10-12 through a broad range of subjects, certificates and programs which all lead to further education, employment and training.
The Executive Principal’s role is to positively lead change and nurture relationships between students, staff and the community to champion learning and development outcomes. This position will ensure the delivery of a comprehensive, high quality education programs and contribute to system-wide activities including policy and strategic planning and development in line with Hallam SSC’s local Alliance and with key governance partners.
To be successful in this position you will need to have experience in providing leadership on both a strategic and operational level, as well as the ability to influence the development of quality teaching and learning outcomes. With highly developed interpersonal skills you will be able to engage at all levels, with a focus on student satisfaction and productivity, you will be results driven and embrace a culture of innovation.

Hallam SSC services a diverse residential district within the rapidly expanding South Eastern Growth Corridor. The College draws students from varied social, economic and cultural backgrounds and recognises and values the diversity of its community.
