As an integral member of the Leadership Team, this role is accountable for leading GSANZ Clinical Governance across the organisation. This critical enterprise role will contribute to the growth, development and continuous improvement of clinical services, delivery practice quality and the professional culture of the client facing workforce delivering services to women and families across the organisation. As an Australian and New Zealand Province, this role will from time to time will be involved in supporting and/or guiding the development of Client Services models with the New Zealand GS organisation.
We are seeking expressions of interest from candidates who have successfully delivered clinical practice leadership, and provided expert advice and guidance based on practice expertise and contemporary research that promotes positive outcomes for women and families. Supporting teams through change you will lead strategic, transformational, and operational improvement across services and the organisation as a whole. You will practice training, consultation, group reflective practice and clinical program development across the organisation. Leading the approach to building the organisations capability and performance, the role will contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and tools that enable the organisation to monitor, evaluate and learn from experience, with a strong focus on capturing data and using it to develop a suite of evidence-based services. Tertiary qualifications essential.
