The Position
As a strategic leader in the organisation, the General Manager, Finance partners with internal and external stakeholders to deliver best practice financial planning and budget management services effectively. The role has accountability for ACSO’s financial health and presents to the Executive and Board on key measures and is key to contributing to growth strategies and business development.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead and oversee a team of Finance and Accounting professionals to effectively manage all aspects of financial operations across the organisation in partnership with internal and external stakeholders including business planning, tender and contract development, investment decisions and liaising with government on financial matters.
The successful candidate will bring 5+ years’ experience in a mid to senior level finance or accounting position and proven values driven leadership. Professional services experience will be well regarded along with an understanding of the community sector and/or government contracts. CPA / CA qualification are expected.
