The Position
The Catholic Development Fund (CDF) is seeking to appoint a highly experienced professional to the position of General Manager, Information Technology. This role will lead transformational change to deliver contemporary IT platforms, tools and services that will enhance the experience of customers and employees.
As a member of the executive leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO. You will be a key contributor to planning and key decisions in relation to the future development of the organisation’s technology capability. Engaging with a broad stakeholder group including key vendor/partners, you will drive service delivery excellence.
With a commitment and an alignment to the mission of CDF, you will be expected to have experience at a financial institution directing service delivery of a substantial centralised IT service. It would be advantageous if you also have experience leading a team to provision services to subsidiary organisations via a decentralised IT services model. You are motivated by systems and process transformation and organisational change.
Strong stakeholder management skills will be supported with a proven track record in building successful relationships with suppliers and internal/external customers in a complex technical and commercial environment.

CDF funds are used to support the mission of the Church on building projects, principally for Catholic education, but also in Catholic organisations involved in health and aged care services. The organisation holds a diverse client base with over $1.3 billion in assets.
