Aligning to a clear strategic direction, this new position will lead the business through technology and digital transformation to best meet the needs of external and internal customers in partnership with the executive management team. The position requires breadth of leadership in strategy, delivery, system enhancement, IT risk and governance, process improvement and innovation.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the role oversees a number of technology and digital functions and will liaise collaboratively across the organisation as well as engage at Board and Committee level. Alignment with CHW’s vision, mission and values will be critical in demonstrating proactive leadership and inspiring your team to achieve.
Success requires that you have a proven track record in impactful IT and digital strategy development and implementation resulting in tangible customer improvement. You will be accustomed to change agendas and bring an outward looking focus and agility to adapt to a complex business environment. Underpinning your technical leadership is your exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications are expected along with a contemporary understanding of informational technology sector developments and trends.
