Our client has a long and proud history of supporting those in the community faced with disadvantage.  As the organisation embarks on a growth trajectory, they are seeking an experienced People and Culture leader to continue enhancing and supporting the organisation and its greatest asset, it’s people, to thrive.
As a member of the management team, the position reports to the Executive Director People and Culture and will partner closely with managers across the organisation.  Offering the full breadth of the human resources portfolio, this position will lead the development a range of programs, systems and organisational development initiatives.
With proven experience in effectively delivering human resource management functions, the successful candidate will demonstrate prior experience within community services, NFP or health sectors, demonstrating high levels of credibility.  Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative partnerships and stakeholder relationships, are vital.  Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Organisational Development, Occupational Health and Safety or similar are preferred.
A hybrid work model and part time flexibility are available.
