The Position
The General Manager, People & Culture will lead Greyhound Racing Victoria’s (GRV) human resources and organisational development function, partnering with leaders across the business to champion its culture and values. The role will be instrumental in supporting the organisation, developing the team and supporting a community that passionately upholds values of respect and integrity.
Reporting to the CEO and forming part of the Executive Leadership Team, the General Manager, People and Culture leads a team with accountability for the delivery of the People and Culture strategic initiatives and plan, a key enabler to achievement of GRV’s new 5-year Strategic Plan. The position will partner with the business to continue to build a dynamic, supportive and progressive organisational culture, and sustainable capability in line with GRV Values.
The role encompasses an end to end HR process with a focus on organisation culture, building capability and redefining the way we work.
With a desire to think differently about how we do things, you will offer strategic insight and experience operating at an Executive level, as well as demonstrable success in leading the delivery of high-quality HR services. The ability to be an innovative and solution focused leader is important in GRV’s complex and rapidly changing external environment.
