The role will champion and drive the organisation’s people, culture and transformation strategies. The position will identify and implement cultural change, workforce and business improvement initiatives to build organisational capabilities, optimise employee engagement and support the achievement of strategic objectives. The role is accountable for HR, organisational development, volunteer programs, business improvement and workforce integration. As a values based, highly professional and senior HR operator, the ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record in implementing successful change strategies with the ability to create a unified and performance driven culture. For this role, a background in healthcare is preferred.
