The General Manager Racing will enable the generation of a greater GRV focus on the racing program and enhance racing related communication with industry participants.
Reporting to the CEO and as a key member of the GRV leadership Team, the General Manager Racing will provide innovative and strategic leadership for the efficient and effective delivery of the greyhound racing program, registrations and other racing related activities and services for GRV. The position will lead a motivated team to ensure the race program operates seamlessly and support industry participant compliance with registration requirements.
Key to success in this role will be experience in the development and implementation of strategic growth initiatives. You will have demonstrated experience in creating innovative strategies which have led to significant outcomes coupled with experience in delivering process improvement. Your style will be collaborative and complemented by strong communication skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective and high value working relationships. Experience in greyhound racing or related sporting industries would be advantageous.
