Mind is changing its operational structure from regional divisions into three specialised service streams: Sub-acute residential partnership services, Supported independent living and Mind centres. Mind is seeking to appoint a number of senior leadership professionals to be part of the new service stream operations management team.
The Position
Reporting to the State Manager Victoria, this newly created General Manager role will oversee partnerships with leading health organisations to provide recovery in short-stay sub-acute residential units whilst ensuring continuous improvement of these Prevention and Recovery Care (PARC) residential services. Equipped with a clinical background and experience in community mental health, the appointee will provide thought leadership and develop consistent models of high quality care.
