The Position
This exciting role champions and delivers on the organisation’s clear education mandate – accessible and engaging health promotion and disease prevention messages for all women and health professionals across Australia.  This is underpinned by research, evidence and clinical care outcomes.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and with the support of a team, the appointee will have exceptional stakeholder engagement and networking skills to work with diverse communities, research bodies, government and clinicians.  Agility, openness to new possibilities and close teamwork will drive success in this role.
The ideal candidate for the role will actively embody the organisation’s guiding ethics.  An accomplished leader, the appointee will have proven public health promotion experience and credibility, with a practical understanding of contemporary best practice in education and knowledge attainment.  With appropriate tertiary qualifications in education or a health-related field, the successful candidate will be knowledgeable around current trends and challenges in public health policy and promotion.  A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development will be highly regarded.
