The prominent mental health and suicide prevention organisation, Beyond Blue, seeks to appoint a senior expert in clinical governance to enhance and centralise the function. This critical position will focus on the development and delivery of clinical governance frameworks and systems to support the effective delivery of Beyond Blue’s services and supports for the community.
The Clinical Governance and Quality Lead will provide the link between corporate objectives, strategic priorities and service quality and outcomes. Leading a small team of clinical experts, the position will ensure all Beyond Blue programs, resources and information are developed and maintained in the context of clinical best practice while also applying a community centric lens.
The successful candidate will be a senior expert in clinical governance who is able to influence and embed governance across the organisation in a workable manner that supports outcomes. With demonstrated experience in digital mental health, the appointee will be a proven systems thinker who is able to ensure good governance is part of the business culture. The ideal candidate will be recognised as a strong communicator with an ability to create and embed clinical governance frameworks in a complex cross-disciplinary service environment. Change management and negotiation skills combined with an ability to adapt to different audiences will be essential. The appointee will be highly credible, innovative, engaging and will build capability across the organisation.
