The Position

Our client is expanding their clinical services through the creation of a new operating model for the delivery of safe and high-quality care outcomes.

Reporting to an Executive General Manager, the Head of Operations will play a pivotal role in managing operational delivery of health services across multiple sites.  The Head of Operations will oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of operational processes to ensure efficient delivery of services and will build and work with the team to review resource allocation, including clinical and non-clinical resources across the sites. The Head of Operations will provide leadership and guidance to site health service managers and will build strong relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.  With a focus on continuous improvement, the Head of Operations will coordinate and provide ongoing reporting for key stakeholders, with a focus on performance, operational outcomes and opportunities for program enhancement.

The successful incumbent will be an experienced, highly organised leader with a proven track record in leading operational service delivery across multiple sites within a health related environment. The incumbent will bring expertise in the development, implementation and evaluation of healthcare programs and experience in establishing performance indicators in a services environment. With the ability to inspire and foster a collaborative and supportive culture, the incumbent will have exceptional communication skills, be compassionate and thrive working within a complex environment.
