The Position
The Head of Programs is a newly created key position we’re looking forward to appointing and welcoming into our AEGN team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the programs team of 4 direct reports (Program Managers) and with 2 Co-ordinators to deliver member and outreach programs and services.
This is a real opportunity to grow impact and scale of environmental and climate philanthropic giving. Supporting member recruitment, managing member needs and facilitating member groups and meetings.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in managing programs and projects to agreed delivery timelines. Turning ideas and opportunities into delivery and impact and fostering a good level of collaboration to move things forward.

Australian Environmental Grantmakers Network is Australia’s peak membership organisation for environmental philanthropy. Their mission is to grow effective philanthropy to protect the environment and secure a safe climate.
AEGN has offices in Melbourne (head office) and Sydney – these are the preferred base locations. The organisation offers flexible working arrangements.
