The Position
The Head of Sport will work with support from the Director of Cocurricular and Experiential Learning (K-12) to manage a diverse and complex program focused on supporting students with their personal growth, health, developing essential teamwork skills, and experiencing enjoyment through sports.
This role will suit a candidate that thrives in a fast paced environment, has demonstrated experience managing complex programs, associated logistics and coaching services. You could be a teacher but this is not essential. What is essential is that you are passionate about the value of sport in developing young people, you have a demonstrated background in managing complexity, and developing relationships and the prospect of immersing yourself in our busy training and fixture schedule excites you.
