The Head of VicRoads Concession Deed is an executive position responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team which has a range of legal, contract, finance and analytics capabilities to proactively manage obligations of the VicRoads Joint Venture (JV) Partner under the Concession Deed on behalf of the Department of Transport (DOT).
Reporting to the Executive Director, Regulatory Programs and Services, this role will be accountable for monitoring the JV Partner’s performance against the prescribed KPIs in the JV Agreement/Concession Deed as well as assessing and reporting outcomes and compliance.
You will be an accomplished leader with extensive commercial experience and contract management expertise in the public private partnerships or concession deeds, along with having exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Highly developed conceptual and analytical abilities are expected. You will have a reputation for the highest standards of integrity and the ability to collaborate at all levels, foster talent and build organisational capability.
A relevant tertiary degree in Business, Law or other discipline related to contract management is required.
Note: The Head of the Joint Venture Concession is being recruited concurrently which will be a comparable role operating within the JV. Both roles will liaise and link closely.
