The Position
On The Line is seeking to appoint an experienced executive leader to provide leadership to the Operations Department and the wider organisation, and influence culture change and service development, in keeping with the strategic organisational priorities.
Reporting to the CEO, The Head of Operations and Service Development will provide professional expertise, leadership, vision and strategic direction. The appointee will play a key role in a cross-functional leadership team, working alongside the Head of Marketing, Brand and Growth, and Head of Corporate Services. The incumbent will oversee the governance of contracts and sustainable funding agreements for service programs, drive strategic objectives and initiatives and develop and maintain key working contract relationships.
The appointee will be a tertiary-qualified, experienced professional with strong clinical experience and commercial reasoning, preferably having gained extensive experience in organisational change management in a regulated industry.  A robust and resilient approach to driving culture change will be instrumental in order to shift the business to a more commercial, performance-oriented operation. Strong analytical acumen will be essential to the design and implementation of key performance indicators, with a view to improving service level agreements. In order to continue to improve projects and services, experience driving digital culture and promoting digital platforms will be well-regarded.
