The Position
The Head of People and Culture provides HR strategic and operational leadership across the organisation. Working closely with the CEO and senior management, you will lead on the Council’s organisation development strategy and continue to strengthen high employee engagement outcomes.
Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services, this autonomous position will lead a team of specialists responsible for the day to day delivery of HR services, IR, OH&S, Wellbeing and Risk functions and further develop an effective business partnership model that is responsive and agile. Tertiary qualified, you will bring a proven record across the people and culture discipline achieved within a complex, large organisation. You will be a trusted adviser with a reputation as a resilient, respected and highly collaborative leader.
