Due to a rapid period of growth and a continuing focus on the implementation of innovative programs and services to further support the communities our client organization operates in, the need has arisen for the appointment of a new strategic HR Business Partner for a permanent role in Tasmania.
Reporting to the General Manager People Services, this position will play a major role in contributing to and implementing business strategies whilst focusing on shaping the workforce and building the right capability within aligned areas. Senior Business Leaders will work closely with this key position to execute an exciting expansion plan and achieve business ambitions.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and a solution focused leader, with the natural ability to execute cultural change and bring people along on the journey. You will present as a positive and high energy individual, and will have a track record of generating ideas and providing feedback coupled with strong generalist HR skills and well developed organisational development and industrial relations experience. Displaying a high level of resilience, the ideal candidate will have the capacity to cope with a change agenda. Tertiary qualifications are highly desirable and candidates with a background in the health sector would be well regarded.
