The Position
An outstanding Human Resource professional is sought to assist the executive leadership team, clergy, agency heads and parish priests to implement contemporary human resource and workplace management policies and practices in diocesan agencies, departments and parishes to further the Church’s mission. This leadership role will engage the workforce to align services to meet emerging and future diocesan needs. The role will coach and mentor agency heads and parish priests on employment and staŽff related matters. An excellent relationship manager, you will have relevant tertiary qualifications and experience leading cultural change in a diverse, complex environment.
