This role is critical to supporting the workforce and facilitating the human resource framework and programs within the school encompassing policy, procedure and compliance. This is a hands-on role covering all recruitment, training and development, induction, staffing support, industrial relations and performance management activities. With relevant tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications, you will present as a contemporary HR practitioner with the capacity to work both at a strategic and tactical level, while delivering on the day to day requirements of the school.
The successful applicant will demonstrate a commitment to the values and ethos of the School ensuring that educators have everything they need to successfully achieve the core educational program strategic objectives. You will possess excellent interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to work autonomously to deliver results. The ability to generate ideas and execute well thought out and disciplined plans is also essential.
