The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity awaits a driven and service-oriented Interim Executive Consultant to join our expanding interim executive practice. As a part of Future Leadership, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with clients and senior talent, ensuring exceptional client and candidate experiences, and delivering interim executive solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Client Development and Management: Develop and manage client relationships with new and existing clients, working closely with other sector focussed colleagues to drive growth for Gig Executive and the wider Future Leadership group.
  • Interim Talent Development: Grow and manage key interim executive talent including identifying, assessing and promoting the interim executive market.
  • Assignment Delivery: Oversee and execute interim executive assignments, ensuring high standards.
  • System Management: Maintain and optimise database and project management systems.
  • Industry Engagement: Interact with Industry groups, associations and relevant forums via social media, thought leadership and in person events.
