Our client is seeking an interim Human Resources Manager to develop and build their HR capabilities.
The HR Manager will work closely with the leadership team to implement HR processes and procedures whilst developing the strategic HR agenda in line with the organisations vision. The role will have a particular focus on organisational design (OD) and industrial relations (IR).
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with both OD and IR experience and a background in an aligned sector. With a strong focus on workforce planning, IR and change management, the ideal candidate will be able to adapt quickly and be capable at working in a complex change environment. This role will be both operational and strategic and able to contribute to the overall strategic agenda of the organisation in a short timeframe.
This role is expected to be for approximately 6 months.
