The Position
Mallee Family Care is currently seeking to appoint an experienced, innovative, leader to oversee and manage the Communities for Children, Homelessness, Intake and Refugee Settlement Programs to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Reporting to the General Manager, Community and Wellbeing Services, you will contribute to collaborative planning and services development, ensure continuous improvement processes and assist in the development of policies enabling good governance and organisational strategy.
In addition to a proven ability to develop submissions and proposals related to funding, business plans and budget estimates, it is essential that the successful candidate have a demonstrated ability to engage with staff, stakeholders and clients from a broad range of backgrounds.
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or equivalent are mandatory. Post graduate qualifications in Business Management will be highly regarded. Relocation support will be considered, and candidates may be eligible for rural and remote living allowance, as well as salary packaging entitlements.
