This supports the organisation to implement a strategic approach to effectively manage risk and positively influence GMCT’s performance.

Working for Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust (GMCT), you will oversee the risk and compliance strategy to ensure alignment with the Victorian Government Risk Management framework and trust values of compassion, respect, integrity and sustainability.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and leading a small team, the Manager Organisational Risk will provide high level council in the management of the division.

Some of the key priorities for this role are:

The position is primarily located at Fawkner with hybrid working for 2-3 days per week.  The successful candidate may be required to provide support across the different GMCT sites from time to time to support business continuity.
