The Position
This critical role will actively support the CEO, Executive Leadership Team and the Corporate Leadership Team to achieve the desired culture change to underpin ‘Whittlesea 2040’ organisational goals and objectives. This will be achieved through developing and implementing an impactful 4 year “People Service Plan.”
Reporting to the Director Corporate Services and Performance, this role has 4 direct reports and will create the right conditions for best practice OD, HR, Payroll and Safety & Wellbeing policies, programs and procedures.
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have proven experience in leading human resources and organisational change in a complex organisation. A track record in managing productive industrial relations, including leading negotiations is expected. You will be a trusted adviser with a reputation as a resilient, motivational and highly collaborative leader, driven to making positive change.
