South West TAFE are seeking an accomplished and contemporary People & Culture leader to progress key workforce initiatives and build on the organisational values of Integrity and Impartiality; Respect and Human Rights; Leadership; Accountability and Responsiveness.
Reporting to the Executive Manager – Education Support, the Manager, People and Culture will provide advice and guidance to the Executive and lead a team of P&C generalists, Organisational Development and Payroll specialists to attract, retain and develop a highly committed, capable and engaged workforce.
With a proven track record of leading a high performing People and Culture function, the ideal candidate will bring expertise in industrial relations, strong relationship and influencing ability and highly developed written and verbal communication skills. A calm and positive attitude, and the ability to project manage, problem solve and deal with ambiguity will be critical to success.
A relevant Degree and/or extensive leadership experience is expected.
Based at the Warrnambool campus, this position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis.
