Reporting to the Director Experience and Capability, the role provides leadership, expert advice, and oversight to the delivery of full complement of services including technology, communications, data and information management. The role will be supported by a team of four direct reports covering Applications, Helpdesk and Infrastructure, Information Management and Solutions.
The successful candidate will thrive in influencing and engaging across all the business and operational streams and can bring the foresight for sustained change and continuous improvement. You will come with the reputation as a trusted advisor who can build organisational digital literacy and deliver strategic customer centric plans.
Ideally, you will be tertiary qualified in Information Technology, Business, or another relevant field.
