ECMS is seeking a strategic marketing professional to lead the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organisation. Working in a complex environment, the Marketing Manager will work across all channels, market research, brand and competitor information to develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing services.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer the position will drive effective and innovative engagement across a variety of channels. This position will have responsibility for expanding and developing marketing platforms, managing the productivity of the marketing plans and projects, and monitoring all marketing activity and results.
The successful candidate will be an experienced marketer with demonstrated experience in brand development and complex campaign delivery. You will have the capacity to think both strategically and tactically and will have a high level of engagement and influencing skills. With proficient analytical and conceptual skills, you will have an innovative approach and present with highly developed written and verbal communication skills. Relevant tertiary qualifications are required.
