National Director Quality & Innovation / Senior Practitioner

The Position
Able Australia is an organisation experiencing reform as it undertakes a range of significant projects related to the NDIS. Reporting to the Chief Executive we are looking for a senior leader to support these changes with a focus on quality, innovation and clinical governance. As the National Director Quality & Innovation / Senior Practitioner you will provide specialist expertise and authoritative advice to the Chief Executive and Board.
To be successful in the role you will be a highly motivated health care professional with proficiency in influencing and communicating change, implementing and monitoring quality systems and a passion for quality, safety and innovation.   As an effective change management agent, you will be able to engage and influence a wide range of staff and be known as innovative, proactive and adaptive.
