Online Education Services (OES) seeks an outstanding Partnership Director to lead the management and oversight of one of its leading higher education partnerships.  Collaborating as a member of the Partnerships Team and contributing as a member of the Academic Leadership Team, you will drive growth opportunities, deliver commercial outcomes and oversee academic performance, leading ongoing quality improvement and ensuring optimum student experience.

The Partnership Director will build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders at the partner university, ensuring quality performance and ongoing evaluation and support.  You will be responsible for driving a strong growth and revenue pipeline through new courses, ongoing course improvement and student attraction and retention.  The position also oversees academic leadership, ensuring the design and delivery of programs that are based on industry best practice and drive innovation and differentiation for the partner university.

With previous experience in the higher education sector, the successful candidate will bring outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and foster mutually respectful and enduring partnerships.  As a strategic thinker and strong people leader, you will be commercially minded, demonstrating a track record of proactively driving innovation.  With business and financial acumen, you will also have strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.  OES offers an inclusive and employee-focused culture in a vibrant and creative environment.  The successful candidate will enjoy a flexible work model and demonstrate an alignment with the organisational values of integrity; teamwork; agility and innovation; passion and perseverance.  A relevant postgraduate qualification is expected.
