Who we are:
Haven Home Safe is a homelessness organisation specialising in housing solutions. We are a socially-impactful, commercially-operated NFP. This means we have deep empathy for the communities we are embedded in, always focussed on the people who need us most. The people who urgently need to be safe. The family that needs to focus on healing to move forward. The individual who is without a safety net.

Our journey:
Haven Home Safe is transforming with a drive to become a trusted partner of choice because we know that the status quo is the least safe option for the people who need us most. We embrace this change to create the most meaningful impact with new alliances, partnerships and innovative pathways to scale as a regional advocate, a creative thinker delivering on our promise and evolving as we discover new horizons and new challenges as they arise. And the time is now for us to face these challenges with a fresh outlook.

Our vision:
We want to be trusted to partner with individuals, communities, businesses and government with the belief that we will ensure everyone in Victoria has a place to call home. Our vision is to create a world where the housing crisis and homelessness are not realities of our time.  Putting our customers at the heart of everything we do, we focus on excellence and bring the people, resources and infrastructure needed to enable us to step into the future we believe is possible.  We are accountable, responsible and act with integrity, and we innovate, challenge and learn.

Who we need:
As we enter an exciting, challenging and evolving environment, we seek an experienced and innovative leader with a breadth of skills and experience to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders and support the delivery of the whole organisation transformational change within a complex customer-oriented environment.
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Team, this position is responsible for developing, engaging and managing key external stakeholders and relationships across the sector. The ability to identify and progress new partnership and income diversification opportunities is part of this dynamic portfolio.

Why we need you:
Your highly developed interpersonal skills, sector knowledge and experience in partnering with government, philanthropists, property developers and other key stakeholders will be critical to keeping our ambitious goals on track.  With strong critical thinking and sound judgement, you will play a key role in implementing new alliances, projects and strategies which will underpin our journey of transformation.  Your exceptional written communication and presentation skills, combined with highly developed EQ and the ability to engage and influence, will be critical to your success.
Experience in supporting wide-scale organisational change will be familiar to you. You will relish the challenge of a fast-paced environment where you get to make a significant difference in the lives of people who need it most.  With your highly developed account management, problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills, you will bring a pragmatic approach with a social outcomes lens.  As a leader, you will model a transparent, accountable and performance-based culture and practice across all aspects of partner engagement.

Where you will be:
You will be located in Melbourne, Bendigo or Geelong with regular travel to all HHS offices.
