The Position
Christ Church Grammar School is currently seeking to appoint an outstanding Principal to work independently to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the school’s innovative and contemporary primary education programmes. The role will have full financial governance and strategic oversight of this stand-alone school.
Reporting to the School Board, the Principal will provide strategic and visionary leadership to create a safe, stimulating and inspiring environment whilst promoting this unique School’s vision and values.  The incumbent will possess well developed commercial skills and be an extraordinary stakeholder relationship manager, able to successfully navigate the unique affiliations enjoyed with preeminent secondary schools and the broader school community.
The successful candidate will be an outstanding lead educator, with extensive experience operating within a strategic and high achieving environment.  The appointee will possess an empathetic and resilient leadership style, coupled with high emotional intelligence and a strong understanding of how to manage the needs of the entire Christ Church Grammar School community.  Presenting with strong academic and pedagogy credentials, the successful candidate will be passionately committed to independent primary education.
