The University of Southern Queensland (USQ) seeks an outstanding individual to take University-wide vision and direction for the local and global engagement strategy as Pro Vice-Chancellor (Engagement).
Reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro Vice-Chancellor (PVC) (Engagement) will oversee a diverse and growing engagement agenda that enables achievement of the University’s aspirations and demonstrates the value that USQ, as an open and engaged institution, can bring to its communities. As a member of the University’s executive team, you will provide strategic vision and leadership across the portfolios of development and alumni; marketing, communications and media; and engagement with stakeholders.
You will represent USQ in a range of contexts, advancing and enhancing its interests and reputation, and working with and for its diverse communities, optimising community benefit, impact and exchange.  Your strong ambassadorial approach will enable you to purposefully cultivate networks across a broad platform, supporting the University’s ongoing success and growth in its relationship with students, alumni, tiers of government, industry, community and partners associated with its flagship research themes.
