James Cook University Singapore seeks an experienced academic and inspiring leader to join a young, dynamic and growing team of academics in the School of Business.
This key leadership role in research and research development at the Singapore campus will include mentorship, guest lecturing and industry engagement. The Professor of Marketing will foster effective relationships with a range of stakeholders, driving engagement to maximise opportunities for research, while mentoring junior staff and students.
This opportunity offers real scope and challenge for a contemporary and forward-looking strategic leader with outstanding interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. The ability to supervise and mentor junior academics and postgraduate students, and to build partnerships both internally and externally is essential, as is a track record in publications and obtaining competitive research funding. With a PhD in a relevant discipline, the successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, drive and commitment to a campus on an upward trajectory.
