The Organisation
The Cranlana Centre for Ethical Leadership (CCEL) is a not for profit organisation dedicated to the development and promotion of ethical leadership for executives across the public, private and community sectors.  Since 2019, CCEL has partnered with Monash University, providing the opportunity to reach a wider cohort of current and future leaders across Australia, to deepen its contribution to building better and more ethically driven leadership.
First established in 1993 by the Myer Foundation, the Cranlana Program was created to promote informed discussion about responsible, ethical leadership.  The CCEL is a result of the collaboration of the original program with the Vincent Fairfax Fellowship, founded by members of the Fairfax family and their Foundation.
