The Position
Ambulance Victoria (AV) seeks to appoint a talented Program Officer, Monitoring, and Evaluation specialist to join its newly established Equality & Workplace Reform Division.
This position will participate in the development of innovative solutions by producing integrated analysis and review into workplace equality within AV.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Monitoring and Evaluation, the Program Officer will assist AV to understand the current state of workplace equality and its progress in implementing large-scale workplace reforms.
The incumbent will monitor and analyse equality and workplace reform programs by building and implementing data under a new model of reporting on reform and change. These reports will be clear, transparent, and highly professional.
The successful candidate will have experience in quantitative data analysis, reporting and understanding of the collection and analysis of data.
This role requires someone with previous program and or project management experience within a large organisation and culture change environment. Someone who is strategic thinker who can interpret data, implement, and develop effective improvement initiatives. This role requires the incumbent to model ‘Best Care’ principles throughout all aspects of the project and program delivery.
We are looking for candidates with demonstrated aptitude to work autonomously in a complex environment and the ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight timeframes. These include strong planning, organising and time management skills to prioritise tasks, whilst managing conflicting priorities and achieve outcomes within required timeframes.
