The Project Delivery Manager is a key role in this local government organisation responsible for the end to end delivery of capital works projects that meet commercial, safety, quality, environmental and community objectives.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will lead engineering and project delivery teams to ensure a strategic and customer focused approach. A collaborative leadership style is required to work with cross functional teams as is proven flexibility and adaptability.
The successful candidate will have previously operated in a similar role within a demanding environment and come with a proven track record of managing and successfully delivering major projects in a government and/or commercial environment. Tertiary qualifications in construction and engineering are expected.
You will have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills and a proven track record of leading effective, high performing teams.
